I was not able to attend the town input session but I have some SWOT input. I have searched the town website but cannot find anyway to provide input. I'm hoping that you allow input in forms other than attending the limited number of meetings. Below are my thoughts: S -- diverse housing, sewer system, economic development fairly well blended into the community W -- lack of sufficient noise suppression (barriers) along highways especially along Rt. 3 in North Chelmsford, public transportation is limited, traffic in Vinal Square and Drum Hill and the center, O -- solar panels on the schools, commuter rail through Vinal Square
